Are you interested in orphan drug development? If yes, register now to the 8th World Orphan Drug Congress, which is taking place on 13 – 15 November 2017 in Barcelona, Spain.
Recognised as the largest and most established European orphan drug event, this congress gather experts from pharmaceutical companies, disease advocacy groups, and academia to address every aspect related to bringing new treatments to patients who suffer from rare diseases. Through strategic keynote plenaries, themed tracks and dedicated networking sessions, participants have the chance to select the parts of the event which are relevant to the needs of their day-to-day role.
New this year, there is no “Patient Advocacy Track” anymore, because the patient voice is integrated in every part of the event agenda. Among the confirmed speakers there is Yann Le Cam, Chief Executive Officer of EURORDIS, a SIOPE partner in advocating the specificities of rare diseases like childhood cancers.
